Rajasthan Yuva Vikas (RYV) is state's premier platform for young changemakers, innovators and entrepreneurs. With a pan-state presence through its chapters, it has created and inspired many leaders of change since its foundation. Since its inception, RYV has undertaken multiple activities to build critical skills of the youth of the state. By fostering ecosystems where entrepreneurial thinking is inculcated in schools & colleges; and by supporting several early stage innovators and entrepreneurs RYV is creating a multiplier effect of impacting thousands of lives in India. RYV has always believed in a collaborative approach to create large scale, systemic social change by leveraging existing networks of enterprises. RYV is working in partnership with many other ecosystem evangelists to maximize the much-required social impact.
Imagine a cadre of young leaders, boys and girls who have started initiatives or transformed their communities before the age of 20—in most cases, before they leave high school. Among other characteristics, successful leaders typically start early: and these early life experiences help them go on to become leaders in their fields. By identifying and recognizing outstanding individuals under the age of 20 who led change around them, RYV 100 is setting up role models and investing in inspiring teenagers to trigger a movement of young people around the state to begin their journey of critical learning along a changemaker pathway.

We believe that society will benefit from an expanded and self-aware group of such talent, drawn from all segments of state populations and focused on innovations that address the full range of our social and environmental challenges. Moreover, by recognizing these future leaders, we can enhance their educational and career opportunities. Colleges and universities will be keen to enroll these role models, including providing scholarships for those who need them. Later on, employers will seek to hire future leaders who are demonstrated innovators. And as Youth Innovators become leaders, they will help to transform their communities, their organizations, and their countries.
All RYV 100 are entitled to the following package:
Mentorship: RYV will understand the needs and focus of each RYV 100 leaders and match them with a mentor within the same industry as the fellow. NSEF will help connect them to an experienced professional who will provide constant mentorship.
Platform to inspire others: RYV 100 will act as a launch pad for our fellows to showcase their stories to the world. As RYV 100 leaders, these youngsters will become role models to the current and future generations and will actively promote values they stand for. These young leaders will also become prominent speakers at various Conferences/events at schools/universities. Fellows will also catalog his/her learnings and experiences at a regular basis through journals (written documentation and video).
Network support: Over the course of years, RYV 100 leaders will be a strong network of doers transforming communities and will be at the forefront of social development of the country. These youth leaders will also have access to NSEF’s network of student researchers and faculty from top Management and Engineering schools that can be leveraged for short/long term projects.

Through its student chapters, RYV endeavors to equip the students at schools & colleges to the power of entrepreneurial thinking & skills in the evolving global landscape which is fast embracing this idea of a 'new capitalism'. RYV Student chapters are led by students of the respective institutions and organize various activities throughout the year. The sessions have a hands-on, activity based pedagogy ably supported by partner organisations.
The chapter activities, which run under a problem solving and analytical framework, are adaptable to include live problems of organizations who can get novel and innovative ideas from an engaged class of young talent from various schools & colleges. The intent for RYV is to introduce students to social problems and teach them how to design sustainable solutions for problems around them. At the heart of this approach is RYV's volunteer team of creative and strong facilitators which includes entrepreneurs and academicians from across the state.
We foresee synergies with several stakeholders in this ecosystem including colleges which want to expose students to entrepreneurial program at their college, schools to start Entrepreneurship clubs at your institute. We welcome the opportunity to discuss with academic institutes the possible ways in which we can collaborate and are open to various forms of engagement.

The opportunity of volunteering with us will enable you to:
Rajasthan Yuva Vikas volunteers come from a variety of backgrounds and can take up a valued role within the organization where they can contribute their skills and ideas. We recommend a minimum period of 2 months and a maximum of 11 months. Throughout this time volunteers will be supported by a mentor in their area of work.
Volunteering opportunities are currently available at different project sites across the organization.
